A masala of music and dance from across the globe, this crowd-favourite event will showcase an extraordinary line-up of Australia’s finest First Nations and globally influenced artists, alongside captivating dance performances that highlight the rich diversity and creativity of our shared heritage. From soul-stirring traditional melodies to high-energy contemporary beats, the stage will come alive with sounds that resonate across generations and cultures, including performances from ARIA award winners the Bamboos and the beloved Simba Machete and the Echoes of African Music.
But the Block Party is more than just a music festival — it’s a vibrant cultural feast for all the senses. Food lovers will be spoilt for choice with an array of global culinary delights, offering a delicious journey through flavours from around the world. Meanwhile, the mini marketplace will buzz with activity, featuring unique stalls showcasing handmade crafts, art, and treasures from local and international artisans. Adding to the excitement, dynamic roving performers will weave through the crowd, bringing unexpected moments of joy and wonder to every corner of the event.
