Heartland Crossing Rental Cap/Shed Vote Public Information Meeting

The rental cap/shed vote committee will be hosting a neighborhood informational meeting briefing the neighborhood on the upcoming rental cap/ shed vote. This will be a time to come and learn about the proposed changes and make your voice heard should you have any comments or concerns about these issues. Topics to be discussed include:

1. What is a rental cap?
2. What percentage of rentals will be allowed?
3. Grandfathering of current rentals.
4. Registration of rental deadlines
5. Proposed Shed architectural standards
6. Volunteer opportunities
