Fight Night

Join us for a night of SPARRING. (NOT FULL CONTACT) This event is open to other gyms.

The participants will be matched according to age, weight, and experience level. There are no winners and no losers.

Participants will do three two minute rounds, with a one minute rest between rounds.

It is a great opportunity for those who are considering competing in a PKB or even full contact.
