Mocktail Alchemy: Bitters, Bubbles and Holiay Magic!

Jazz up the holiday season with a delicious sparkling mocktail and experience the transformative power of aromatic bitters. Learn the tips and tricks of flavoring from a pro mixologist, Chef Tamara.

We’ll start with an experiment, using bitters and salts, to change the aroma, flavor, and color of a non-alcoholic drink, discussing flavor profiles, balance and flavor pairings. Then you'll use pre-aged bitters and flavoring notes to create your own "wet" bitters” -- ready for use at the completion of class -- and a dry "chaos blend" to steep and age at home.
