We're inviting our Active Older Adult (AOA) members to join us for a series of educational seminars facilitated by local experts! Lunch & Learn events are free and open to our AOA Y members. Light lunches are provided. Registration is not required.

NOVEMBER 14 EVENT: Spine Care
Join neurosurgeons, Dr. Ritam Ghosh and Dr. Richard Schmidt from Jefferson Neurosurgery, for an informative session on spine health, and prevention and treatment options for back/neck pain. Learn about the latest advances in care and how Jefferson is improving lives every day.
