Join us for an exciting night of climbing, sliding, and nonstop fun for our First Grade students!

📍 Location: Kids Empire – Moorestown
1590 Nixon Drive, Moorestown, NJ 08057

🎟️ Cost: $10 per child
Parent/guardian is free.
If you have more than one First Grade student, please complete a separate form for each child.

⚠️ Important Notes:
✔️ This is NOT a drop-off event – a parent/guardian must attend.
✔️ A Kids Empire waiver is required (can be completed online or upon arrival).
✔️ Socks are required (no shoes past the entry gate).
✔️ No outside food permitted; food and arcade games available for purchase.
