Paint & Flow

This is a beginner-friendly paint and yoga experience designed to be creative, relaxed, and accessible.

The session will begin with a guided painting portion, where participants will be walked through painting yoga poses using original pose illustrations made by Jay Traylor of Vibe Studios. No art experience is needed — this portion is meant to be fun, light, and approachable.

After painting, we’ll transition into a gentle yoga class focused on helping the body unwind and integrate the creative process. This portion will be beginner-friendly, slow, and grounding — not physically intense or spiritually heavy. Think ease, simple movement, and relaxation.

This experience is ideal if you’re curious about yoga, enjoy creative activities, or just want a calm, low-pressure way to spend your afternoon.
