Intro to Argentine Tango - A class for beginners.

This is a 6-week progressive class. Mondays from 7-8pm.
Must start with the class or wait 6 weeks for the next class to start.

What to bring?
1. Good/fun attitude
2. Dance Shoes (if you have them), if not: high heels for the ladies,
thin leather sole shoes for the gentlemen.
What will you learn?
1. Tango walking systems (Paso Paralelo, Cruzado y Contrapaso).
2. Basics (Posición Cero, Posición 2, Posición 5 y
Resolucion).
3. Figures (Figuras: Baldosa, Ochos, Paradas, Sandguichito y Giro,
amongst others).
4. Apparently some Argentine Spanish too!
What will you take away?
1. The basic Tango moves along with the social dance etiquette to
get you confident to step onto any Tango dance floor.
2. New dancing friends who will enjoy dancing with you anywhere
and everywhere.
3. Tango Milongas. Believe it or not, we do have an Argentine Tango
community here in OKC.
