Your journey will begin with allowing yourself to feel into and identify what emotions you would like to let go of and surrender to during this healing and then in turn discover what new feelings you would like to call in that will allow you to feel more balanced and confident to move forward.
To support this process you will each receive a cup of sacredly made ceremonial cacao which will help open your heart space and harmonise your emotions.
Then the sounds journey begins 🌟where will you have the opportunity to lay down and surrender to the magic of the Clear Quartz Crystal Healing Bowls!
The night will end with a soothing cup of tea and some yummy protein balls to help reground you from your journey.
