This relaxed yet effective session blends movement, breathwork, and community in an approachable, interactive format designed for all levels—whether it’s your first class or part of your regular practice. The focus is on building both body and connection, with a laid-back taproom twist.

🍺 Beer is not required, but definitely encouraged.
🧘 Extra yoga mats will be available for anyone who forgets or decides to drop in last minute.
