In this class you will learn to use Amelie Scott’s designs and techniques to quilt like a longarm in a day. This technique will let you finish a quilt faster than waiting to have it longarmed, do it all by yourself, and use your fancy embroidery machine to its full potential. You will need to
purchase the book that comes with 10 designs and have one of her designs plus a small project.
Materials required:
Amelie Scott’s Edge to Edge instruction books or note pad to make notes.
One of Amelia’s Edge to Edge designs for your projects.
A project or piece of fabric, batting, backing between 24” X 44 ”. Doesn’t have to be
exact.
Stabilizer
Both disappearing ink marking pen and regular pen
Coordinating quilting thread
Embroidery machine with a hoop big enough for the design size you want to use. Design sizes are Sm 5.6”X9.9” Med 6.7” X 11.7” Large 7.8” X 13.8”.The designs come in all formats.
Clovers 1/2” double sided sticky tape.
Basic sewing supplies.
