56 years ago, a music festival made
history by bringing over half a million
people together in celebration of peace,
love and happiness. Through this occasion,
they showed the world how people united
can make a significant impact.
So when our dear friend, Amy suggested the name
“Woofstock” to celebrate our 1st year
Anniversary, we knew it was perfect!
Our first few anniversary celebrations
were remarkably successful and this year
we are incredibly proud to be celebrating
True Friends’ 14th Year Anniversary.
The path thus far has certainly had its
obstacles; but with the unified support of
the public, we have kept our shelter open
and built an organization that we are
honored to have serving our local
community.
We hope you and your four legged friends
enjoy this special day held at Salt Springs
Park. The dog-friendly atmosphere, hiking
trails and scenic beauty make this the ideal
spot to host our event. Please remember to
obey all park rules; keep all animals leashed,
clean up after your pet, and please, no
littering.
Thank You for supporting us and remember,
through Peace, Love and Drool, we can make a
difference for our animal friends in need.
WOOFSTOCK will be a day of
celebration consisting of live
music, quality vendors, delicious food,
raffle baskets, and more. It promises to
be a day of fun for everyone including
their canine companions. We invite you to
be a part of this celebration benefiting our
vital non-profit organization.
