Refund Policy - She-Nanigans & Spa

Thank you for booking your "Me Time" Escape with She-Nanigans & Spa at Salon Turquoise. We understand that plans can change, and we've designed our policy to be as fair as possible while ensuring the smooth operation of our intimate sessions.

All Sales Are Final – Bookings are Non-Refundable

Due to the exclusive and intimate nature of our sessions, with a maximum of 4 participants per session, all bookings for She-Nanigans & Spa are final and non-refundable. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows from your side, regardless of the reason.

However, we do offer flexibility in certain situations:

 * Rescheduling Your Session:

  * If you need to change your session date or time, you may reschedule your booking once if you notify us at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled session start time.

  * To reschedule, please contact us at salonturquoisemtl@gmail.com.

  * Requests to reschedule made less than 72 hours before the session are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and our discretion.

 * Salon-Initiated Cancellation:

  * In the rare event that She-Nanigans & Spa (Salon Turquoise) must cancel a session (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances, minimum participant numbers not met), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date at no additional charge. We will notify you promptly if such a situation arises.
