You are receiving this letter because you have at some point crossed paths with Lynn Imperatore. Lynn and I met in Vermont at the then Vermont College of Norwich University. A
decade later we participated in a large format printmaking residency in Venice, Italy. That is where I met Janet Fredricks. A year or so ago Charles Davis-Kellman and I were contacted by Laura Imperatore to help sort through her art. While leafing through multiple folios we decided we should have a memorial exhibit.
The T.W. Wood Gallery announces a memorial exhibit of Lynn Imperatore.
“Remembering Lynn” (This is a working title. I am open to suggestions.)

The show will open on Friday, October 3, 2025. There will be a reception during Montpelier
Artwalk.
On Saturday November 22, 2025 the show will close with a bonfire at my studio where we will
set Lynn free and burn her remaining work.
I imagine there is art that some of you may want. It will be yours for the taking. If there is aspecific work of Lynn’s that you know you want please let me know. I hope you can join us on
one or both dates.
