Join us (almost) every Friday in Montpelier for Ecstatic Dance — a free-form, non-guided movement experience for everyone! No steps to follow, no judgment, no experience, no partner needed.

We’re currently dancing in the Taplin Auditorium at the Christ Church in Montpelier, and moving to the Capital City Grange in December!

All are welcome — move a little or a lot, there’s no wrong way to dance. Bring a friend!
