Knit & Crocher

Drop in to knit, crochet, weave, embroider, hand sew, whatever you like. We have yarn, knitting needles, and crochet hooks to share, and we can teach you. Fiber arts can reduce anxiety (through repetitive motion), improve memory (due to concentration on stitch patterns), bolster patience and resilience (through overcoming challenges), provide community (with social interaction), and more. We have an open seat for you.

This program happens twice per month, on the second Thursday at 3:00 PM and last Wednesday at 5:00 PM.
