Friends of Ryan and Chrissy Downey are coming together to host a special event to help offset the mounting medical expenses from Chrissy’s ongoing battle with breast cancer.
On January 10 of this year, Chrissy was diagnosed with triple positive breast cancer with DCIS. Over the past six months, she has undergone numerous treatments, including chemotherapy, surgery, and immunotherapy. Despite her strength and perseverance, Chrissy’s most recent biopsy revealed residual cancer. She now faces another round of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiation.
Throughout this journey, Chrissy’s smile has never faded. The Downeys have remained positive and resilient, even as medical bills continue to grow. With Ryan being a small business owner, insurance can only cover so much.
Anyone who knows the Downey family knows their heart for others. They are deeply rooted in the community and always willing to lend a hand. Now it is our turn to support them.

We will also have music, a signature drink, raffles, and a possible silent auction. All proceeds will go directly to the Downey family to help cover medical expenses
