New Moon Reiki and Restorative Yoga with Jen and Jane

Join Jen and Jane for a relaxing workshop. We will stretch a little and then settle into restorative poses to receive beautiful reiki energy. We will end with a meditation and a little sound to finish up.
Jane is a Reiki Master as well as a yoga teacher. She has also studied other energy modalities to help relax and release tension from the mind and body.
Jen is dedicated to the practice of Usui Reiki and works with universal life force energy to support inner balance, healing, and inner peace. Her journey to becoming a Usui Reiki Master has deepened her connection to spirit, intuition and the natural flow of energy that surrounds us all.
