Prepare to Care Workshop

Are you caring for a loved one at home or from a distance?

These can be challenging times, but you’re not alone in your caregiving journey. Developing a team approach and identifying resources and tools may make caring for a loved one more manageable. Join us for this free event to connect with other caregivers in your area and share stories and tips.

We’ll explore:

· How to start the caregiving conversation

· Strategies for forming your caregiving team

· Ways to find local resources and support

· How to care for yourself and connect with others

We’ll also share AARP tools and resources like the the AARP Family Caregiver Resource Center, where you can connect with other caregivers, share resources, and lessons learned.
