Grab your comfy clothes, pillows, and blankets and join us at Healthy Time Wellness Center in Montesano for a Yoga Nidra! 😴

Known as yogic sleep, settle in as tranquility welcomes you as we gently guide you through the different energetic layers of the body. 💓

All you need to do is find a comfortable, restful position and we'll take it from there.

Through guided imagery, breath awareness, and stages of self scanning, you will experience a deep physical and mental rest.
