Did you know mindfulness can help children build focus, calm, and resilience—even at a young age? 🌟

Mindfulness & Me is a fun, hands-on class where parents and children (ages 18 months – 4 years) practice mindfulness together in a playful and engaging way. Perfect for bonding and building healthy habits! 💕
