...deck played is the same each round & is a high-power commander deck (bracket 4) & not a cEDH deck (bracket 5)

...any true 2-card combo is banned (ie Witherbloom Apprentice/Chain of Smog & Thassa's Oracle/Demonic Consultation)

...Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow is banned in addition to the official Commander Ban List

...no proxy allowed (collector edition & gold border are allowed)

...4 points for 1st, 3 points for 2nd, 2 points for 3rd, 1 point for 4th

...a player controlling something that "wins" at one instance eliminates players in an order of their choosing when not decided by a game rule

...conceding may only occur at sorcery speed
