Sherry Blair, MA, MSSW, LCSW

Sherry is the founder of Sherry Blair Institute, a learning organization which has been serving individuals, children and familes and organizations for 25 years. Coming from humble working class roots, Sherry lives everything she teaches for succeeding in life and happiness. She is highly credentialed and also during this time, she served as a professor for close to 10 years teaching graduate students in Human Behavior & The Social Environment, Leadership & Management, Consultation & Supervision, Social Entrepreneurism, Coaching & Consulting. She also served within the consortium of New Jersey's Training Academy to enhance services and outcomes for child protective service teams.

Sherry takes most pride in achieving her first degree from Rutgers University as single parent who bartended at night achieving her BA, Psychology/Women’s Studies. She also studied for a year in a child/adolescent master’s program before transferring to Columbia University.

She continued on to aquire her MSSW, International Social Welfare/Clinical Social Work from Columbia University with a dream of changing the world to make it a better place with more peace and love. Yearning to be a better leader, she completed another graduate degree and recived an MA, Industrial Organizational Psychology. With her love of learning, coaching and training, she serves and supports other leaders, managers and organizations as a consultant/coach to create more positive and productive workplaces.

Sherry is the author and co-author of numerous books for organizations, individuals, children and teens in additon to the creator and co-creator of digital course materials. She is excited to be a co-author with her co-worker, Connie Masullo in their book to be released this Fall 2025, Free Your Mind: How to Stay Happy & Sane in a Crazy World.

Connie Masullo, MSW, LCSW

Connie has served children and families for over 20 years and also in the capacity of Chief of Operations at Sherry Blair Institute's Behavioral Health Services. Connie is passionate about delivering evidence based treatment and believes in the research which consistently shows that a therapist’s credentials and techniques mean little without a strong connection for the person seeking help. Her work as a therapist, trainer and supervisor emphasizes the significance of connection and relationship.

Connie is equally committed to continuously learning and studying research and theory to ensure she provides the highest standard of care. Connie received her Bachelor's degree n Psychology from Montclair State University and acquired her Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University.

Demonstraing her committment to professional development after spending years studying, earning degrees, and obtaining state licenses, Connie is unwavering in her pursuit of additional certifications to provide the best possible care as a clinician and supervisor. As a lifelong learner, she can be found constantly immersing herself in books, podcasts, and trainings – often multitasking by learning while she cleans! Her collection of books is endless, and is always adding more to expand her knowledge.

Course completion requirements: Social workers are required to attend the entire course and complete a course evaluation to be eligible for CE credit.
