About Chris & Jen:
Chris is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Level-3 Sound Healer (Atma Buti), and astrologer. She leads sound healing with gong, singing bowls, chimes, and more, offering deep relaxation and chakra alignment.
Jen is a Reiki Master and Light Therapy Master with 15+ years of experience. She helps clear energy blockages, reset patterns, restore alignment, and enhance spiritual connection.
