Being Your Own Tech Support Department - And Knowing Your Limits

Since the pandemic, many of us began working from home exclusively. Many of us have never stopped remote work, whether it's full or part-time. From job responsibilities to personal finances and kids' schoolwork, we are struggling to maintain our devices, software and websites while still being safe and productive. This informative session empowers attendees to be their own tech support department and troubleshoot issues successfully, but to also recognize when to retain the help of a qualified IT professional. From devices to software, and data security to websites, this session is for you - and bring your questions, too!

• Carol Schlein, President and Founder of Montclair-based Law Office Systems, Inc., a legal tech consulting firm. Carol is also on the Board of Montclair Gateway to Aging in Place where she serves as their Director of Digital Inclusion.
