Please join us as we celebrate our 21st Annual Conference. The conference will be held at
Highland Lakes Baptist Camp in Martinsville, IN. Located on over 400 acres of rolling wooded
hills and natural beauty in the heart of Morgan County (about 30 miles southwest of
Indianapolis) HLBC serves as a facility for Christian groups to host their own camps and retreats.
They provide lodging, meals and recreation, and we provide our own programming. Feel free

The cost of housing also includes six (6) meals provided in the dining hall.
(Friday supper through Sunday breakfast and a boxed lunch on Sunday after worship.)
**All fees are final. We do not pro-rate.**
Off Grounds: Some individuals may choose to stay off grounds while still participating in all or
some of the weekend. The cost for Off-Ground individuals covers the price of the seminar as
well as the meals provided in the dining hall.
Check In & Check Out
Check in starts at 1:00pm on Friday with Check out before 2:00pm on Sunday.
The conference begins on Friday afternoon and ends after Worship Service on Sunday.
