Welcome to The Seasons Within! The Seasons Within is a 4 part series using the theme of the four seasons and what they teach us about our personal growth.

Join me to find out what we can learn from the four seasons. Each season has lessons to teach us about how to live and grow. Rest (Winter), Growth (Spring), Energy (Summer) and Letting Go (Autumn) can be seen in the four seasons. We will explore each theme throughout this year.

Resting in winter helps us to bloom and grow in spring. We learned from winter and are ready to learn how to bloom with boldness from spring!!

Bold doesn’t mean fast – it means intentional. Let's find out how to be intentional with your growth. Blooming requires trust, consistency, and visibility. Do you have what it takes? Growth includes discomfort and joy. We will work through the discomfort to get to the joy!

We will look inside to find our boldness to be able to bloom our beautiful buds and flowers this spring!! We will learn how to step outside our comfort zone and stretch into new areas of our life. We will find joy in our growth!
