Somatic exercises are forms of movement that emphasizes awareness of the body and sensations experienced during physical activity. How do these movements help with stress relief and improve movement? Join us this month for several samples of somatic movements that will greatly enhance body awareness, relieve stress, improve movement efficiency and increase emotional processing.
