My Mini & Me Yoga with Ms. Karin

The library is pleased to offer free yoga classes to our community. Once each month, Ms. Karin will come and teach adults with their kids. Learn stretches, breathing techniques, and how to embrace a calm hour in this busy world. Take a break from your stress and stop by the Monroe County Public Library and enjoy a quick yoga class. Only one adult and one child per family. Max twenty attendees. Class will fill fast! Yoga mats provided as needed. My Mini & Me Yoga with Ms. Karin will be offered once a month by the libray at no cost to library patrons. Remember: space is extremel limited! Call today to register!
