TEG Revitalization Poject: Community Input Forum

Join The Eulalia Group at Table Coffee for a casual community conversation about our next project, located between Blaine Street and Hammond Drive, adjacent to the City of Monroe Police Station. It will be a diverse, mixed-use, and mixed-price-point creative neighborhood with a vibrant commercial district. This development will combine housing, retail shops, restaurants, and services to create a walkable community.

We invite neighbors, business owners, and community members to learn more about the project, share ideas, and offer feedback as we look toward the future of this space.
