SUPERMOON View from the Ouachita River

THIS IS A NIGHT PADDLE
Let’s launch our Kayaks on the Ouachita River at 6:00 to 6:45 PM. We will paddle a VERY SHORT distance and wait for the SUPERMOON to rise in the East. The East horizon is directly across the Ouâchitâ River from Lazarre.

This Event is extremely weather dependent. Rain, Wind and/or Cloud Cover will affect the event. If you are interested and want to attend, please stay tuned, changes will be posted in the discussion area of this event.
PFD’s are required, Kayak navigation lights are strongly encouraged, Headlamps/Flashlights are recommended, Insect Repellent is also recommended. Any children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
