Sound bath & Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, that allows your body to tap into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles into a place between wakefulness and sleep. A sound bath has been found to facilitate deep relaxation in the body and mind, lowering blood pressure, heart rate and eliciting a healing response. A great way to relax and renew! (no yoga poses required for this session)
