SCWGA at the Evergreen State Fair

Welcome to the first show of our 2025-2026 season, beginning at the Evergreen State Fair in Monroe, WA. The fair entry packet will be posted by EOD 6/29/2025, and will need to be returned postmarked by 8/8/2025. SCWGA at the Evergreen State Fair is PRE-ENTRY only, we will not accept entries at the event.

Check in and Vet Check will be held Friday September 26th from 5pm-8pm, all horses must pass vet check to compete at fair. SCWGA encourages everyone to decorate their stalls for fair spectators and Friday evening is a great time to do that!

No horses are to leave the fairgrounds gates after they have passed vet check, this is for the safety of all horses, riders and fair spectators.

Competition will begin at 9:30am on Saturday and Sunday, and we must wrap up all events by 4:30pm each day.

Please keep your stalls cleaned throughout the day, but it is mandatory to clean them by 9:00am and 5:00pm daily and will be checked by our stall staff. Failure to keep your stall clean will result in dismissal from the fair without refund.
