ParkFit: Free Outdoor Hill Workout @ Munson Park

Come join us for a free outdoor group workout that’ll energize your morning and challenge your body in the best way. We'll be using the natural terrain of Munson Park—think hills, sprints, bodyweight strength, and mobility work to build endurance, strength, and community.

This class is beginner-friendly but scalable for all fitness levels. Bring water, a yoga mat if you have one, and a friend who’s ready to sweat with you. Let's move, breathe, and rise stronger together.
