Join us for an open house morning of Fall Prevention Awareness! In partnership with SSM Health and ADRC there will be coffee and snacks through the morning and other activities:

Balance Assessments with SSM 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Water Fitness 8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.
ForeverWell Strength 8:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.
