We would love you to join us for our Mini Retreat at The South Beach Hotel in Troon. Our practices are designed to bring you into a deep state of peace, where healing can take place. After which we will enjoy a delicious and nutritious lunch prepared by the hotel chef.
Our practices will include;
Dru Yoga Energy Block Release Sequence
Designed to release physical, emotional and mental stress. A series of gentle, flowing movements suitable for all levels of flexibility. This sequence systematically works through the body, incorporating Breathwork, Visualisation and Affirmations to restore energy flow and promote a positive self image.
Qigong (Qi = lifeforce energy, Gong = working skilfully with)
We will begin with a gentle seated practice of rotations, relaxing the spine and whole body. Followed by flowing movements inspired by the crane, a very special animal representing harmony, elegance and strength.
Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep)
A guided meditation technique that leads you into a state of deep relaxation between waking and sleeping while maintaining consciousness awareness. It combines physical relaxation with techniques like breath awareness, body rotation and guided mental imagery to manage stress and allow deep healing to take place.
