Free Diabetes Prevention Program

Ready to take a step toward better health? The next Diabetes Prevention Program (Prevent T2) is almost here.

This year-long lifestyle change program helps you reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes through coaching, support, and simple, sustainable habits.

There is no charge to participate. Classes begin Jan. 27.

The program is offered in partnership with the University of Missouri Extension, Community Health Engagement and Outreach.
