About the event

2nd Annual EagleFest- Jordan Lake

Jordan Lake is home to at least 25 nesting pairs of bald eagles. In the winter, dozens of migratory eagles congregate below the dam- an amazing sight to see!

During the week of January 19th-24th, Jordan Lake will host bird walks, junior ranger programs, and photography opportunities. The week will culminate with a festival on Saturday, January 24th. Stay tuned for a schedule of events!

All programs associated with EagleFest are FREE. All ages are welcome!
