By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Limo Brewery Tour run by Elevation Limo Bus in partnership with Hub City Foodies, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Age Requirement: All participants must be 19 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required before boarding.
Filming & Media Consent: This event will be recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or otherwise recorded, and you grant Hub City Foodies and its partners the unrestricted right to use your image, voice, and likeness in promotional materials, social media content, advertising, and any other media, without compensation.
Assumption of Risk & Liability: Hub City Foodies, Elevation Limo Bus, and all affiliated partners, sponsors, or venues are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or personal property issues that occur before, during, or after the tour. Participation is at your own risk.
Alcohol Consumption: Responsible drinking is expected. Participants are solely responsible for monitoring their own alcohol intake.
Removal Without Refund: Hub City Foodies and Elevation Limo Bus reserve the right to remove any participant from the tour at any time, without refund, for unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or inappropriate behavior, or for failure to follow event guidelines or staff instructions.
Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their own personal items. Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of Hub City Foodies, Elevation Limo Bus, or any partnering breweries.
Safe Transportation To and From the Event: Participants are fully responsible for arranging safe transportation to the event and home afterward. Hub City Foodies and Elevation Limo Bus do not assume responsibility for any incidents or consequences related to travel before or after the tour.
Event Changes: Hub City Foodies reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any portion of the tour due to weather, venue availability, or unforeseen circumstances
