🌱 Conscious Intimacy for Kids (Ages 8–12)🌱
What if kids grew up with the skills to connect with others, express themselves with confidence, and build relationships rooted in trust and empathy?
That’s the purpose of "Conscious Intimacy for Kids!"—a workshop series that helps children explore who they are, learn to listen deeply, and create friendships built on honesty, appreciation, and respect. Along the way, they’ll also discover how to communicate their own boundaries while respecting the boundaries of others.
Conscious Intimacy is excited to announce that we will be hosting the first of five workshops specifically designed for kids on September 14th, in Moncton, NB. See below for more information about the workshop, the series, and how to register.

Theme: Building trust, curiosity, and appreciation.
In this first workshop, children will explore:
• Interactive games to build trust and safety
• How to listen attentively and share honestly
• How appreciation and curiosity strengthen friendships

Each workshop stands alone—you can attend one or all five.
Families who complete the series will receive a bonus Parent–Child Workshop: “Heart Maps”—a guided experience to explore empathy and connection together.

Meaghan Balzer holds a BA, BEd, and is a certified coach with over 20 years of experience in youth leadership development. She is currently training as a Conscious Intimacy Coach and Games Facilitator, bringing these teachings to children for the very first time.
