BEGINNER Acro Yoga Class- all are welcome

New to acro yoga? This class is for you 🤸‍♀️

Our beginner acro yoga class is fully guided and designed for people with no prior experience. We’ll cover the basics, including foundational poses, spotting, and partner communication in a safe, supportive space.

No partner needed. All bodies and experience levels welcome. Come learn, laugh, and try something new with a community that loves to support beginners.

Sign-ups help us plan, but drop-ins are always welcome.
we are at Quantum Jiu-Jitsu 175 Barker St Moncton, you do not need to be a member at that gym to join us!

You first class is always only $5 and we take cash or e transfer before class.

If you love it, we sell 5 class passes for $50 that don't expire or drop-ins are $15
