Experienced Yoga, Meditation and Wellness teacher. No puppies, no goats, no high speed movements, no cold water plunges, no techno "Yoga".
We honour and respect the authentic 8 limbs of Patangali's framework for Yoga which lead us to a more holistic and deeper sense of health & wellbeing, healing, balance and inner peace.

Yoga is about connecting with a deeper sense of who we are, cleansing, strengthening and energising our bodies, observing and quieting our busy and often overstimulated minds and coming back to trusting our intuition in a balanced, calm and empowering way.

And it is consistency and regular practice that is key. This has the potential to change our make-up & mindset.
