At our October Education Evening we'll be learning how easy it is to take steps to build up gut health & improve digestion by regularly making and enjoying delicious & nutritious Kombucha, Kefir, and Jun.
Mel from top-rating Solace Kitchen will be showing us how to improve our health, save $$ & make these probiotic-rich drinks at home!
This enjoyable, tasty & informative workshop includes:
- tastings of kefir, jun and kombucha to enjoy
- demo, tips & tricks to help make jun/kefir/kombucha at home successfully
- opportunity to purchase your own kombucha/jun starter kit (starter tea + kombucha/jun scoby + recipe) *BYO spill-proof container (min. 1L capacity)

- tastings of Solace Kitchen’s best-selling Chickpea Lentil Curry (Vegan/DF/GF), and optional purchase of this and other delicious-nutritious frozen meals to take home and enjoy later!
