Is your child feeling overwhelmed, nervous, or stuck in worry? This group is designed just for them! In a safe, fun, and supportive environment, kids will learn simple tools to manage anxiety, build confidence, and feel more in control.
Objectives:
• Teach kids what anxiety is and how it shows up in their bodies and thoughts
• Normalize anxiety as something everyone feels sometimes
• Equip kids with calming strategies and coping skills
• Foster peer support and a sense of community
• Build self-confidence and emotional awareness
Goal: To help children understand anxiety and build healthy coping strategies in a fun, supportive, and age-appropriate group environment.
