Safe Zone: LGBTQ+ Intermediate

Join us for a free, 2-hour LGBTQ+ Intermediate training that weaves together our Pronouns and Deconstructing Gender sessions into a deeper exploration of gender, provide practical tools, and support inclusive safe spaces.

Together we’ll:
• Understand why pronouns matter and how to use them respectfully
• Learn the dos and don’ts of pronoun usage
• Practice what to do if you misgender someone
• Explore the history and social construction of gender
• Deconstruct the gender binary and consider why that matters
• Discuss practical ways to support diverse gender identities
• Identify steps to make your organization more inclusive

This session offers tools, language, and real life practices to help create environments where everyone feels seen and respected.

Registration is not required. Please feel free to bring your dinner and join us!
