PORCH PARTY -- IT'S A FAMILY THING

Save the Date!

Make plans to join us for the Porch Party at Butterworth Center & Deere-Wiman House on Sunday, September 21st from noon to 5 pm.

It's a Family Thing focuses guests' attention towards family history - theirs and the Deere Family. Guests will gain knowledge about the family who lived on the edge of the frontier through paintings and live historical figures. Learn how to care for family heirlooms and and preserve family photos. Activities for all ages, including a digital scavenger hunt searching with clues for our historic site's rich history. Help us celebrate the semiquincentennial or 250th anniversary of the birth of our nation.

Food trucks, live music, lawn games, selfie-station, tunnel tours, and loads of family-friendly activities will be a part of the day!
