A series of five classes designed to scrape the surface of herbalism terms and overall properties of herbs before diving into particular categories of herbal relief options. Each class offers an hour dedicated entirely to understanding the world of herbalism through energetics, synergisms, and complimentary practices in the series and will walk you through specific herbs commonly used for each category, along with how to pair them with other herbs to make the most out of your formulations.
