🔹 Bourbon County Brand Original Stout (2025)
Aged ~14 months in a blend of barrels from Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, Four Roses and Wild Turkey. Rich fudge, vanilla, caramelized sugar and toasted almond notes fold into a decadent, heavy-mouthfeel imperial stout.
🍒 Bourbon County Brand Cherries Jubilee Stout (2025)
Inspired by the dessert classic. First aged in bourbon barrels, then finished in cognac barrels, blended with Montmorency cherries, citrus and panela. Expect candied dark cherry, soft vanilla and a caramelized citrus finish.
🍫 Bourbon County Brand Chocolate Praline Stout (2025)
Starting with the base Bourbon County stout aged in bourbon barrels, then layered with cocoa nibs, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews and dates. Think rich chocolate‐praline, fudge, chewy toffee, and roasted nuts wrapped in serious barrel character.
🛢️ Bourbon County Brand Reserve Stout (2025)
Aged for two full years in casks from the Parker’s Heritage Collection (rye whiskey barrels). Deep layers of cocoa, dried fruit, spice, toasted oak — a contemplative, collector-level pour.
🔥 Bourbon County Brand Double Barrel Stout (2025)
A true show-stopper. In collaboration with Heaven Hill Distillery, the beer is aged twice — in two sets of freshly emptied Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond bourbon barrels. The focus: elevated bourbon barrel complexity. Expect toasted marshmallow, warm vanilla and a pronounced oak finish. ABV: 17.4%.
