Benefit for Vincent Cortez SR

Please join us for a Fundraising Benefit for Vincent Cortez SR.
He was hospitalized with chest pains and transferred to University of lowa. Surgeons were unable to work on his heart without significant risks. He was diagnosed with Class Ill, Stage C Heart Failure and sent home with a LifeVest while his team determines if he will be placed on the heart transplant list. He is unable to work at this time due to his heart condition.

Please join us in helping offset medical expenses and help show our support.
