XPIN ON HOLE 24. ISLAND HOLE 21 IN EFFECT. ANY PLAYER WHOS DISC DOES NOT LAND IN THE ISLAND PROCEED TO THE DROP ZONE WITH A 1 STROKE PENALTY. O.B. ON OR OVER THE ROAD ON 26 & 27.
